This 1970 Datsun 240Z race car roller was built in the early 1990's. The roll cage was installed at Stacy Suspension Systems in California.
The car was raced for several seasons in the Improved Touring S class of the San Francisco region SCCA.
Following its road racing career, the car was modified further to compete in an oval racing series.
Subsequently the car was put into storage with future plans to develop an E production SCCA race car.
An R200 3.70 ratio welded differential rearend is included with the rolling chasis and remaining gages and fuel cell. Four corner adjust ride
height struts support the body/frame.
Only minor surface rust on the floor pans as seen in the photos.
