The interior garage/cargo area is 19.5 feet long x 96" wide and 79 1/2" of height. The rear ramp door is 81" long x 92" wide on the outside. The interior measurements of the rear ramp door is 77 ¼ " long x 90 3/4" wide. The additional ramp is 16 1/4" long x 81 1/8" wide. This is the perfect trailer for hauling your show car around to various events, giving you the flexibility to camp along the way. If you have toys, there’s definitely room for more than one in the cargo area. A previous owner modified the height of the trailer to give it some extra underside clearance. If you have looked at most toy haulers in the market, they don’t look like they are able to handle too much stress. This trailer was built as a heavy duty car trailer with living quarters, so it was built with toughness in mind, and you can really see, and feel, that in this unit.
Living quarter area is equipped with a couch that folds into a double bed. Dining table also folds into a double bed. Propane powers the furnace, 6 gallon hot water tank, and cook top. Refrigerator can be used on propane, 120 volt, and 12 volt. Microwave and A/C operates on 120 volts, as does the 39 inch television and DVD system. The AM/FM/CD system runs on 12 volts, as do most of the lights (some also run on 120 volts). This trailer has insulated walls, ceiling, and floor, decorator board on walls, vinyl flooring, pass thru door to cargo area, egress window, mini blinds and valances, 12 volt roof vent w/ fan in bathroom. Two solar panels, an inverter, charger and batteries have been installed and can keep much of the electronics running perpetually if boon docking. The washroom is on the smaller side, but everything is in the one room, including the shower, sink, and toilet. You can hook it up to city water, but it also has a 30 gallon fresh water tank, 60 gallon grey water tank, and 30 gallon black water tank. As with all RV type vehicles this trailer is equipped with smoke and CO2 detectors. Also included is all sewer connection equipment, fresh water hoses, and power surge protection, full weight distribution hitching system, as well as many other items useful for the operation of the trailer.
