bracket
i have done alot of cars like yours and i mount the alt on the frame and i put the slider arm on the block, so the alternator rotates towards the block when loose and tighten towards frame. Its nice down on frame as you can leave it there when you pull motor and its out of the way when you are working on car. As for the slider arm i use a chrysler one as they have alot of different styles and angles,, good luck
