For what it is worth I looked at the little rod while in Poorboys garage. It was 2064. I felt the car was a nice little rod, I would have tried to trade/buy it from Poorboy if it had not already been sold. It was not a $50K rod but none the less it was a nice little rod that stood tall and fired right up. It was a cool little piece that I would have liked to own. That truck would have to have been an out of this world truck for me not to make that trade.
I have had happen to me where you go to make a deal and one or the other says no, but if we agree to take care of the transport I have never had anyone back out of that. The transporter should have been paid. Anymore unless someone is will to meet half way or I have delt with them before, I wont do business with them, because of what just happened to RT2064. KW1 should have paid the guy for the run or met the guy half way.

Who are the haters? You mean the guys that would go to bat for you if you needed help? Did Ray tell you why he stiffed Jim? Jim deserves his money. It is amazing that anyone thinks this is about a car, truck, roadster, etc. It was agreed, if the trade didn't go off, Ray would pay Jim for his troubles. Did Jim get paid is all I want to know, I could not care less about the drama. If he didn't pay him, then do so immediately and it will be settled. JMO on this boondoggle.
BTW, why won't your boy come in here and speak for himself? We see him lurking, hoping it goes away. It's not.

Rudy your all mixed up brother, This is Ray, I didn,t stiff anyone, I was making a trade with KW1 in Wisconsin, Jim talked to KW1 about the transporting and KW1 agreed to pay him not me. KW1 owes him the transporting costs, I hope you understand now, I am surprized you misunderstood it!

Just so everyone knows, I (Ray) am at Poboys home doing a trade, he explained to me that someone had me mixed up with the man that didn,t pay the driver, thats why it came across as Poboy,s posting. I used his computor to reply, just wanted to make sure you all didn,t get confused.
