And I just wanted to reply to mcracecars. In Florida, we only have a title to prove ownership. I guess that would be the same as your ownership papers. Name..address..vin # etc is all on the title.
Also when I made a copy of the title, the words VOID were written all over it. I dont know how it happens but whenever you scan or make a copy of a title, that happens. Try it and see for yourself. Something in the watermark I think.
Well I appreciate everyones feedback and someone suggested to me that I do Western Union. Im going to look into that tomorrow.
Thanks again
Not understanding why your title came back VOID when you scanned it. I scanned one tonite, then bloted out pertent imformation. I seen no changes on my title before i bloted it in spots.
Has your title been issed to you my your home state or is it a title someone gave you? If someone gave it to you other than your home state it might not be ligit.

Zip.

Scanned title,

The title was issued to me by the state of Florida. I guess its a way to assure that a title cant be duplicated.
On another note. I called the 'BUYER' yesterday and we had it all planned out to send the money via wire transfer. I was going to the bank today to get the info I needed and to open up a seperate account just for the transfer. Well he called me this A.M. with a "life altering experience"...something to do with his wife getting another job or something. Needless to say he's just another tire kicker. At least he called me.
Thanks again for everyones input. Greatly appreciated.

Amen to that. Most tire kickers beat you up and you never hear from them again.
