My store took the hit, we have 8 franchises and one of them was Chrysler. We didnt sell a ton of them last year but my wholesale operation spent one million dollars last year with Mopar! I dont get it, even if we did sell only about 150 new Chryslers last year I spent a ton of money on the back end. Now come June 9th I lose about 20% of my total parts business. I feel sorry for the small town dealers that are gonna have to close there doors. How is all this going to help the economy with more people out of jobs? Thank goodness I wont have to lay anyone off in my store, we may have to tighten our belts and wallets just a bit...

maybe they are hoping people will have to have their car fixed local rather than have it taken 50 miles to the nearest dealer....think about it...If you have to have your car fixed NOW and the closest shop for waranty work is an hour away.....

why dose a uaw worker make 150,000 + a year.how long dose it take to trian them to work a station 2-3 days maybe a week.

I'm a auto tech and they would have to work in a shop for years to learn what i know, and it dose not have A/C.

we don't have big machines doing the work for us. I pull a dash out I do it by hand not some machine that carries it for me.

Also I need to know about all makes and models

I'm just saying
