MOTOR STOPS PULLING
I HAVE A 383 6'' H BEAM ROD,13.5.1 DIAMOND PISTON SOLID ROLLER COMP 12-772-8 CAM 286/292, Lift .576/.582,1.6 ROLLER ROCKERS HEADS ARE PRO TOPLINE 220 WITH 72CC 202-160,BTE POWER GLIDE 1.76 5000 B&M QUICK 60 CONVERTER 456GEARS TIRE 28X11.5X15 ET STREETS CAR RUN STRONG LEAVES OK 1.49 60 FOOT RUNS 6.90 IN THE EIGHT 10.90 QUATER ABOUT 300 FEET BEFORE THE 1/4 MILE TRAP CAR STOPS PULLING NEW TO THIS CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME ADVISE PLEASE 69 NOVA 3300 POUNDS WITH IN IT LEAVING WITH NO TRANS BRAKE. THANKS MARK GOOD FUEL PRESURE

Since you mentioned it only does this in a 1/4 situation my first thought would be valve float due to over reving.
What are the RPM's at the stripe in the 1/4 vs the 1/8?
Also do you have jet extensions on the secondaries?
How much timing total timing are you running?
What type distributor / ignition?
A stock hei will play out at higher rpms.

I'd stick some secondary jet extensions in there first, it just might be the problem.
Under hard acceleration fuel wants to climb up the back of the fuel bowl. Jet extensions will help ensure that the secondary jets stay in fuel at all times, also make sure the float level is right at the bottom of the site plug, if you take out plug no fuel should come out but if you wiggle the car a tad, fuel should spill out easily.
I assume your using a single plane intake, what brand?
You may be at the max operating range of the cam and or intake.

No matter what route you go> definetly put the extensions in, $5 bucks anywhere is cheap insurance for that ailment.
IMO< I would move UP to a better higher flowing intake.
A Victor jr or a Team G would be much better choices.
I'm not a cam guy guru by any stretch of the imagination but your cam seems small to me, I'm thinking something in the 610's to 630 lift would be much better suited to your combo.

I AM BY NO MEANS A TRANS GUY BUT, I WOULD TRY A TURBO 350,I TALKED TO A TECH AT ATI TRANSMISSION ABOUT A GLIDE AND HE TOLD ME I WAS NOT MAKING ENOUGH HP TO USE A GLIDE AND IT MIGHT HURT MY 1/4 MILE TIME AND MY CAR RUNS 10.30'S IN THE 1/4 WITH A TURBO 350

What is happening is you are running out of camshaft. Here are the specs on that cam.
Operating Range: 2500-6500 RPM
Duration Advertised: 280° Intake / 286° Exhaust
Duration @ .050'' Lift: 242° Intake / 248° Exhaust
Valve Lift w/1.5 Rockers: .570'' Intake / .576'' Exhaust
Valve Setting: .016'' Intake / .018'' Exhaust
Lobe Separation Angle: 110°
With the small duration and 110° LSA and a 4.56gear w/28" tall tire a 383 has it's tongue hanging out by a 1000'. My motor does the same thing because my cam only has 248°/252° duration, 383, 4.88 w/33" tire. JMO.

and x3 on the cam its prob just flat running out of cam
dont buy the you cant use a glide ...
note to self never call ATI because they are clueless by that statement above ..
