Just one more question, before i noticed they were rubbing while turning the motor over a couple of the rockers were gouged a little on the bottom corner edge. I did clean them up so that no more shavings were on them but i was just wondering how safe i would be running these. Ouch!!! I'm not exactly sure where they are rubbing from your explination. Is the rocker hitting the edge of the retainer? If so on Jesel shaft rockers, your installed shaft height (rocker geometery) must not be correct.
