Here's an old story (joke) that was told in training while i was in S.C. State Trooper Academy.
a driver rolled thru a 4 way stop sign...The trooper pulled over the driver . The Driver said "Officer i almost came to a stop and Rolled thru !!!!...whats the Difference !!!! ????.
The Old trooper started popping the driver in the head with his Nightstick and told the Driver " You want me to Stop" or "You want me to Slow down" ???? :shock:
