I have my springs at 1.905 to 1.965 installed height. Maybe I should shim all of them closer to 1.900 to get few lbs more of seat pressure?

Why not shim them for 180-200 LBS, and see where you wind up with installed height? Then check to make sure you dont have binding at full lift.
