So I have a 2019 Yukon. The head unit is having ghost touch. It randomly goes through Xm channels. Sometimes the bottom is screen is non responsive to touch. I took it to dealership and they discovered it was the hmi cable (blue) that was loose/bad. They wanted $471 to replace it. I declined as I can easily replace it myself. Cable alone was $88. I ended up replacing it and tested the unit. I go to turn the car on and the screen is now blank. I hear sound just fine. I unplugged it several times and tried again with same blank screen outcome. So I removed it and put the original one back in.
