That cam is a bit large for even 572 inches, at 10.5:1, with those heads, and converter, etc. But, the cams you have in mid are to small. 142, is enough to run mid 9's. You need a looser converter for one. You could take that cam back to say 280-289 or so at .050, and tighten the lobe sep up a bit, 110, that would help tq. As much lift as you dare to run also. But, this sounds like a street car, so, I wouldn;t get to carried away. I think there is a ton left in that thing. 9.90, at 142, at 2950lbs, with a 572, is leaving A LOT on the table.
