When I was in grade school (long ago) and a kid had no lunch, about three or four of us would split what ever we had so everybody got some.

The rule was to support::
1. Your family first (including you grand parents)
2. Your neighbor next
2. The community needy

We didn't need no stinking handouts.... :evil:
