I am so proud to come from the same state as this jerk! in chicago they raised tax on nat gas last year because we used less & peoples energy which sells gas in chicago is increasing there charges for the same reason. WHAT A WAY TO REWARD CONSERVATION! ITS THE CHICAGO WAY. iF BARRY O HAS HIS WAY THE COUNTRY WILL BE JUST AS SCREWED AS WE ARE IN ILL :evil:
