how to edit price?

Is there something wrong with the site
 

Why after logging into the account, you cannot edit your active ad. Also why does the search function not work and last why is the web page layout screwed up. The first inch of this web GUI is cut off, can't see anything before the "R" in reply.

What is going on. Also the my account and settings are a seem to have dead URL or link/hyperlinks, none of the buttons work. Only think that works is the "update" button in blue.

Jumped on here yesterday, created and paid for an add. I sign on today a d search for my add. It is nowhere to be seen. The site seems full of repeat posts and adds. This not what I remember from a few years ago.
