It was good to see Allan win. I pull for whoever is in the lane against Greg Anderson. :shock: :lol:

same here. even though i like to see warren win, to see the expression on gregs face when he loses is priceless :twisted:

Mopar shutting down GMs,,hmmm I thought Allan Johnson won on a holeshot. That would mean the GM car was faster and the mopar just had a better driver............hmmmmm!

Anytime I see this, it's a great day!! Him & his boy Kurt have to be the most errogant SOB's there ever was. Even though I'm a GM fan, I hate those 2!! :evil: :evil:

yea anderson is a cry baby and all the other cars have passed him
up, i like alan & his dad, met alan last yr when his dad was sick
and they will spend the time to talk to you, nice guys. the driver
of the young life/auto racing technology edwards, they have some
serious power, but what happen to jenkins power, and enders did
not even qualify this yr, and schumacher lost. :wink:

IF you watched the race GM wasn't faster, Allan was the quickest with a 6.67 ET, fastest allday of all racers.

Allen has fer sure been on his game lately and this win I think is just the beginning...MOPARS RULE!

Who was #1 qualifier? If you check the finals Alan won on a whole shot. Not trying to start anything. You have to like him and his dad, they are super nice people.

OK I will wade in on this one.

Warren and Arlene, Kurt and Kathy (and their three kids) are some of the most down to earth people you will ever meet.

Just like a pro football player, boxer or other event participant, Warren changes once he gets to the track. Yes, he is a little more cold, but age (yes, I know) changes your attitude. Every year some new hired gun is going for him. Give him a little credit.

Number 1 in NHRA Pro Stock wins
Number 2 in all NHRA Pro Catagories wins
First to 180, 190, and 200 mph
Won a national event every year since 1982

At the national event in Phoenix this spring I was wandering the pits and had collected a few driver autographs on the brim of my ball cap. We walked through the prostock area and the Professor was leaning on the end of his hauler so, being a childhood idol of mine I asked him if he would sign my cap "for my kid" we chatted for a few seconds and he signed my brim in BIG letters right over top of Antron Brown, Ashley Force, Erica Enders and Tony Schumacher's sigs. I laughed my ass off fully realizing thats totally the way this guy rolls.
